Armani Bangura Escapes Untimely Death and Psychological tortures for being a Gay

Various informations gathered by this Media Practitioner have updated that Armani Bangura who hailed from a pious Muslim home was left in the hands of his grandmother for nurturing. It was so because his parents were unavoidably busy with business and religious commitments. As he grew bigger, he started developing feelings for his fellow man. It is said that he got attracted to a community friend called John Sesay, who normally passed by their area at any time he went to play football at the Mount Aureol community. Closed sources have revealed to this Writer that Armani has been admiring at John for being friendly and accommodating and that he had no interest in discussing issues surrounding females. Armani, they updated got the courage to disclose his feelings to John when a friend, Mohamed told him of how John was caught kissing another boy. That led his aunt whom he was staying with to return him to his parents’ house. Armani and John became friends in 2015 and had their first kiss at a friend’s birthday party on the 25th December 2015. What made the situation awkward for them was they were caught by a boy who was residing next to them, Alimamy, who blown the scene out of proportion and ignited unwarranted tensions for the young gays. It was unearthed that Armani’s cousin witnessed the scene and went home and summoned a complaint against him for disgracing their family by involving into such an abominable act.

Thereafter, the parents of the duo rushed to the scene, captured them; beaten mercilessly to the extent of bleeding for bringing shame and disgrace to their family names. Neighbours confided to this Writer that since the said community is dominated by religious people, everyone was frowning at those young boys for involving into such a bad practice. So, they were left bleeding and struggling to regain their strengths whilst the community people were going about their normal businesses.Facts gathered reveal that the community people were abandoning them and that Armani’s home became hell for him. His father had even disowned him for burying their family name in utter shame and disgrace and an object of mockery. Armani’s family decided to relocate to another community closer to John’s school, out of shame and intimidation due to their son’s uncultured practice. Devoid of the measures put in place to let him desist from such Ungodly practice, it was informed that the relationship between them intensified and that they have resolved not to separate for any reason whatsoever.

Unfortunately, this Reporter was able to capture that the flooding which occured from the 5th to the 6th September 2016, saw how the settlement of Armani been affected and whilst they were on their way to the National Stadium for immediate rescue, Armani was stabbed and bottle smashed on his head by an unknown person. Before he could be killed, he rushed into the crowd and found his way out. It was so because Armani and John were accused of bringing bad omen to their community and that their evil practice has led God to be annoyed with them and descended such calamity upon them.Gossip, intimidation, harassment, psychological tortures, among others have been their portion throughout the community. Armani was even threatened to be killed at anytime he is found close to John Sesay. Due to irresistible pressure mounted on Armani and for fear to be sent to his early grave, Armani has been relocating from one unknown place to another until he finally left Freetown to an unknown destination on 15th September 2016 and John, they say is no where to be found.
