Nigeria Police Declare Kingsley Omodiale Wanted.

Report reaching this medium has revealed that a young Nigerian, civil servant, Kingsley Omodiale who left his home on the 12th November, 2022 to play football alongside his friends at the Ajah Area Highland in Loges State, the Federal Republic of Nigeria has narrowly escaped the death threats of both the All Progress Congress (APC) and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Nigeria, he was forced to give a false witness in court against the PDP party due to the unfortunate massive human rights violations in the community.
This ugly situation has become increasingly unbearable to most young men living in that area whose lives have become extremely in danger.
In an exclusive interview with Kingsley Omodiale father, Mr. Omodiale Peter he told this medium that his son have been receiving death threats on a persistent basis by the members of APC and PDP party in Nigeria.
According to Mr. Omodiale, it is due to his son’s refused to testified in court regarding the sad conflict between the two major
political party’s in Nigeria that has aggravated the situation.
Continuing, Mr. Omodiale Peter narrated that his son was declared wanted by the ‘Nigeria Police’ following his refusal to be testified in court as this led to tension between the two traditional political party’s and the human rights defenders.
Report went on that, Mr. Omodiale told this medium that all these violent attacks, constant harassment, intimidation and the death threats faced on his life emanated when his son Kingsley Omodiale refused to be give witness in court and escaped from the Ajah Area Highland Community to an unknown destination.
According to complaints, it is revealed that some people who are believed to be members of the APC and PDP party’s approached Kingsley Omodiale in a football field not knowing that the field is part of the PDP political party headquarters.
Sources say, the 47-year-old Kingsley Omodiale’s was interrogated as to who permitted him to play in the field. Following the interrogation, they were then attempted to
arrested and forcefully conscripted to the police station.
Report added that, Kingsley Omodiale failed to show up for the first hearing proceeding steps before he eventually escaped from Nigeria and went to an unknown destination.
Credible sources disclosed that following his escape from Nigeria he was on the run for five days before venturing to cross over to the United Kingdom (UK).
Mr. Kingsley Omodiale further disclosed that this situation has taken a negative effect on his son’s dream of education, his faith in good governance, human rights and the life he envisioned since he was now consider a social/defiant because of his beliefs.
According to eyewitness these violent attacks, constant harassment, intimidation, death threats, still escalates which is beyond their control.
Kingsley Omodiale’s refusal has led to serious consequences which in now affecting his father, Mr. Omodiale Peter who has faced repeated attacks that has forced him to flee his home.
Records show that, the PDP and APC party’s members do not forgive what they perceived as public humiliation, as any individual who had refused to honour the rites of testifining in court, the
person is often subjected to violent reprisals or social exclusion.
In a stressful mood, Mr. Omodiale Peter stated that his son’s refusal to testified and joined the two traditional party’s have made him a target of persecution.
He added that, all these harassments and intimidation led his son to flee his home town of Ajah Area Highland in Loges State and travelled to the UK Londond though
the matter is still at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
Mr. Omodiale Peter is of the firm convictions that, he too is at high risk of traditional persecution if he continues to live in Lagos State.
He concluded by saying that, his son’s rejection of testifing court, authority places him in a dangerous and unprotected position that would lead to the death of his son, if seen.
