Orange Money Reduces Cash out Fee to 1%
On the 1st November 2024 at the Orange Money Head Quarters, Hill Stations, Freetown, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Orange Money Sierra Leone, David Samba Murray, The Chief Commercial Officer, Haffie Haffner, and The Head of strategic marketing and partner, Orange money, Joseph Saffa Tengbeh launched a new business model cash out fee reduction to 1%. It is done based on the economic hardship in the country. Orange money Management thought it wise to cater for their customers and help curb the high inflation in the country by reducing the cash out fee to 1% for any cash out transaction being made.
According to David Murray, the sky rocketed increase in prices of commodities in the country has caused massive hardship and total frustration on the people of sierra Leone has made them to reduce the cash out fee to support their customers and to also give opportunity to others to enjoy the facility of orange money wallet. He further illustrated that if someone wants to cash out NLe 1,000.00, the cash out fee should be 1% reduction, which is NLe 10.00 and any other cash out transaction being made.
In conclusion, Orange Money is encouraging its numerous customers to be aware that they are here for them and they seek their interest in terms of digital mobile money and quality customer service. They emphasized that they are here to deliver in the best interest of their esteemed customers and are thriving hard to always appease them with affordable costs attached to their different products.
